I guess as long as you get a “pool made out of Unicorn bones” it’s ok if Tim McGraw butchers your song and makes it more popular than your version.

I posted a couple of new tracks on my myspace band page. The Hand That Feeds is a remix of the same Nine Inch Nails song. This is something I had been working on off and on since Trent Reznor released the master track in a format that allowed for people to play with the master tracks of the song. The second song is called muted and it is an original song by myself. Please check these out and leave me any feedback you see fit!
Due to overcompression.
Even though you love this album, you can’t listen to it anymore. You shut it off, tired, puzzled, and confused. This always seems to happen when you switch from a classic album to a modern one. What you’ve just experienced is something called overcompression of the dynamic range. Welcome to the loudness war.
This has to be one of the coolest videos I’ve seen in a while.
Pictures from last nights Atmosphere concert are up. Since it started raining before the concert I didn’t take the Digital Rebel XT in as I didn’t want to stand out in the rain with it. So I just snapped what I could with my s710a cameraphone. A few of them turned out good, the concert was great and I had a killer headache this morning so that means I had a good time.
Wow. I can’t beleive it’s been 6 months since I wrote something on this little corner of the web. I’ve not been off the net or anything, I’ve posted a few things on MySpace‘s blog, and I actually redesigned the splash page, well if you could call it that. The celeb wallpaper section has become quite popular, pushing over 300gb of traffic last month. I should probably find some new pictures and refresh that section as well since it’s not been updated lately either.
Anyway, I’ve thrown up a eMusic link as I’ve recently joined and found a TON of music to try out.
Lastly, life seems to be going well. I’ve been able to spend time with someone I care very much about. We are going to see Flyleaf in a couple of weeks as well. I also get to see Atmosphere again. Maybe I’ll even get to see a few more concerts this summer as well.
Anyway, I’m out for another six months 🙂
Someone pointed me in the direction of John Reuben on MySpace. Pretty good rock/hip-hop fusion music with a spice of political activism thrown in. Also check out his official website JohnReuben.com.
Update: found his album [iTunes link] on iTunes Music Store and purchased it.
