I&#8217;ve been getting <a href=\"http:\/\/www.menshealth.com\/\">Men&#8217;s Health<\/a> emails ever since I purchased the <a href=\"http:\/\/blog.mancide.net\/2004\/11\/11\/abs-diet\/\">Abs Diet<\/a> book a few months back. By the way, I&#8217;d suggest the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.amazon.com\/exec\/obidos\/tg\/detail\/-\/1579549985\/qid=1099874933\/sr=8-1\/ref=pd_csp_1\/002-3851421-7982456?v=glance&#038;s=books&#038;n=507846\">Abs Diet<\/a> book for you guys who are also joining in this challenge, as it has several great tasting recepies that are good for you.<\/p>\n<p>Below is the complete list of 20 reasons (included for you lazy types):<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>\n1.
