I modified it to fit a 3-day split that I like use when working out. Right now my first 4-week segment looks like this:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p><b>Day 1:<\/b> Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Tricep Pushdowns, Wrist Dumbbell Curls.<br \/>\n<b>Day 2:<\/b> Military Press, Side Lateral Raise (Dumbbells), Upright Row, Lat Pull-downs (front).<br \/>\n<b>Day 3:<\/b> Squats, Leg Press, Alternating Dumbbell Curls, Cable Curls.\n<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>I also do a 16-minute &#8220;Max-OT&#8221; style interval cardio workout on the recumbant bike.
