Max OT

Well, I decided to start back lifting and I decided to go with a Max-OT style workout. I modified it to fit a 3-day split that I like use when working out. Right now my first 4-week segment looks like this:

Day 1: Bench Press, Incline Bench Press, Tricep Pushdowns, Wrist Dumbbell Curls.
Day 2: Military Press, Side Lateral Raise (Dumbbells), Upright Row, Lat Pull-downs (front).
Day 3: Squats, Leg Press, Alternating Dumbbell Curls, Cable Curls.

I also do a 16-minute “Max-OT” style interval cardio workout on the recumbant bike. I’ll hopefully be posting updates every few weeks.
